Frequently Asked Questions

What accreditation is necessary?

WGF 2017 will require standard accreditation information via valid press credentials from a recognized media outlet. Without such documentation, valid credentials can be established via confirmation of active employment with a recognized media outlet, as well as standard identifying information (name, surname, ID# etc). Ultimate accreditation approval resides with the event organizer and any relevant security apparatuses present at the Forum.

What about my crew (camera/photographer/translator/technician)?

Accreditation for all members of your crew is required. Any unaccredited crew members will not be allowed on the premises.

How can I get accredited to cover the event?

To request accreditation for the 2017 Wroclaw Global Forum, please download the form linked here and email it to Nicole Hobbs at NHobbs@AtlanticCouncil.org.

Where will I have access?

The press pass provides exclusive access to the Wroclaw Global Forum. Should an event or meeting be closed to the press, appropriate signage will be posted. Please respect these distinctions.

How can I connect to the Internet?

The venue will have free Wi-Fi Internet access. Additional access via hardline connections will be available in the Press Room.

How can I arrange exclusive interviews?

Depending on availability, there will be the possibility for one-on-one interviews with speakers and representatives during the Forum. WGF 2017 will arrange the interview schedule, so if you have a specific request please contact the organizers as soon as possible so that we may accommodate as many interviews as possible.
